Just a quick sign of life following my 8-day trip to Zhejiang province, including visits to Qiandao Hu, Hangzhou and Ningbo. I returned to Dalian with delay this afternoon, and am already packed up again for a cycling event in Kaifaqu (north of Dalian) tomorrow morning, which requires a 5 a.m. wake-up call ...My duathlon competition at Qiandao Hu was a success last weekend.
